Angas Beef is a locally produced harvest from the Cattle Affineur Program of DV Boer Subfarm Group. Angas Beef, which is an abbreviation for Batangas Beef, was bred to be fresh and tender as the cattle are raised in a feedlot system and 100% grassfed wherein high nutritional value is guaranteed. The beef also conforms with USDA’s “Modest” Marbling Standard. This has been called as the ”DV Boer’s Entry to the Beef Industry”.
